How to get the most out of meetings?

There are several strategies that can be used to get the most out of meetings:

2. Active participation: During the meeting, be active and ask questions. Listen carefully to others and share your ideas and perspectives, in order to reach agreement between different points of view.


3. Take Notes: Write down the key points of the meeting, including any agreements reached or homework assignments. This will help you remember relevant information and stay focused. Remember that what is important to you may not be important to someone else, so do not completely trust the meeting secretary.


4. Keep the focus on the goal: Make sure the meeting follows the intended goal and doesn't drift into secondary or irrelevant topics.


5. Follow Up: After the meeting, be sure to follow through on any tasks or agreements reached. Share your notes and any relevant information with others.
