We are Juan David Arboleda and Gustavo Arboleda, Organizational Coaches, but before that, father and son. We seek the coherence between what is said, what is lived and what is thought.
Juan David is an Ontological Executive Coach with a Master's Degree in Social Anthropology and a Master's Degree in Neuromarketing. Business Administrator by profession with more than 10 years of experience in the professional field, working in prestigious companies such as Conalmédicas, Icesi University, WWB Foundation, Comfandi and practicing as an entrepreneur.
Gustavo is an Organizational Coach, with more than 30 years of experience in Strategic Talent Management. In the last 15 years, he has served as Global Human Talent Manager for Carvajal Educación. His role basically focused on Strategic Talent Management in all the countries where Carvajal Educación had a presence (all of Latin America).

Master in Neuromarketing from the Catholic University of Murcia in Spain. Business Administrator from the University of Sup. de Co. Montpellier in France and Icesi in Cali, Colombia. He has more than 10 years of professional experience.
